Actuator Features:

  • High Strength Rolled Load Screw
    Provides minimum friction for smooth, efficient and precise operation. Self locking design provides positive positioning without the need for a motor brake. Low axial backlash with Class III fit gearing.
  • Precision Tapered Roller Bearings
    Preloaded for superior gear box integrity. Maintains precise gear alignment, protects against overload damages, provides higher thrust and radial capacity.
  • High Efficiency Gearing
    High precision close tolerance machined gears with minimum backlash. Extra large gear centers for longer life and higher efficiency. Higher input speeds.
  • Heavy Duty Support Tube Assembly
    Made of heavy wall steel tubing for extra strength and stability. Specially designed to adapt for EL or AZ axis.
  • Extremely Rugged Design
    Heavy duty ductile iron gear housing. Large diameter load screw, extra large tapered roller bearings at all rotating axis provide over 10 pounds dynamic loading.
